Business Development Associate at Easton Urban Kapital experience site visits to our current projects, create drawings, innovate new ideas, and many more.
We are currently looking for full-time candidate to help us grow. Our Business Development Associate programme may vary between each individual following one's strengths and preferences.
Job Descriptions:

Prepare our residential project development from start to finish
-
Work with our partners for the planning & designing stage of a project: architect, brand consultant, graphic designer, etc.

Make sure that all projects are progressing as planned and on time.

Prepare creative campaign for the new and existing project on our social media platform

Work with other divisions to elaborate the project
Requirements:
-
Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from reputable university
-
Min GPA 3.00 of 4.00
-
Skilled in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
-
Passionate in site visiting and quality controlling

Passionate in architectural photography
-
Preferable to have own transportation (transport expense will be reimbursed)

Quick to adapt and learn, adopted ‘no task is too small’ principle

Willing to learn new things
